| 摘 要： | 【目的】检测基质金属蛋白酶 9(matrixmetalloproteinase 9)在中耳胆脂瘤中的表达 ,探讨其与中耳胆脂瘤骨质破坏的关系。【方法】采用免疫组化 (S P)技术进行染色 ,观察MMP 9的活性表达 ,采用HAPIAS高清晰度病理图文分析系统 ,对免疫组化染色结果进行定量分析。【结果】MMP 9在胆脂瘤上皮下结缔组织基质细胞中有表达 ,其在胆脂瘤组织中的含量显著高于外耳道皮肤组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并与骨质破坏的程度有关。【结论】MMP 9与胆脂瘤的骨质破坏密切相关 ;胆脂瘤基质细胞在胆脂瘤的破坏作用中可能起了重要的作用。

| Abstract: | To observe the expression of MMP 9 in cholesteatoma and determine its relation to the bone dstruction. Immunohistochemical method (SP) and the computer image quantitative analysis were used to examine the expression of MMP 9 in 22 samples from cholesteatoma and 20 normal cases.MMP 9 protein was only expressed in cholesteatoma stromal cells,the mean optical density of MMP 9 in cholesteatoma is higher than that in normal skin epithelial tissue( P <0 05),in addition,it is relative to the extent of ossicle destruction.Conclusion]MMP 9 is responsible for bone destruction in cholesteatoma; It is possible that stromal cells play an important role in bone destruction. |
