摘    要:目的:研究淋巴管阻断对睾丸结构构筑的定量组织学影响。方法:用电灼法将雄性Wistar大鼠双侧睾丸淋巴管阻断,对双侧睾丸淋巴管阻断术后2、6、12、24、48d的25只大鼠进行研究。另25只大鼠为假手术对照。将睾丸组织切片输入TAS-plus型自动图像分析仪进行定量组织学测定。然后用体视学方法计算出睾丸间质的体积(V1),生精小管的体积(V2)和生精上皮的体积(V3)。结果:睾丸间质的体积变化不明显,而生精小管的体积和生精上皮的体积则发生了明显的改变。结论:睾丸淋巴管阻断对精子的发生具有明显的影响。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the influence of testicular lymphatic obstruction on quantitative histology of the intrinsic structure of rat testis. Methods: Bilateral testicular lymphatic vessels were obstructed by cautery. Twenty-five Wistar rats were divided into five groups (each containing 5 rats) and were observed 2, 6, 12, 24 and 48 days after the obstruction of bilateral lymphatic vessels. Another 25 rats served as sham-operated controls. Sections of testicular tissue were investigated quantitatively with a TAS-plus automated image analyzer. The volume of interstitial tissue(V1), volume of seminiferous tubules (V2) and volume of spermatogenic epithlium (V3) were obtained according to the stereological principles. Results: The alterations of the volume of interstitial tissue were not obviously. The alterations of the volume of seminiferous tubules and volume of spermatogenic epithlium were significantly after lymphatic vessels obstruction. Conclusion: The results suggest that lymphatic obstruction may play a significant role on the spermatogenesis.
