薄型游离皮瓣早期修复前臂及手部热压伤

目的 探讨前臂及手部热压伤治疗的有效方法。方法 应用足背皮瓣、小腿后侧皮瓣、侧胸皮瓣早期修复前臂及手部深度热压伤21例。结果 1例皮瓣远端部分坏死换药愈合，其余20例均全部成活。手功能恢复满意。结论 薄型游离皮瓣早期修复前臂及手部深度热压伤可获得满意效果。

Thin free flap for repairing burns and compression injury in hand and forearm

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of different skin flaps for repairing hand and forearm injuries with burns and compression. Methods: From 1991 ,21 patients with serve complex injuries due to burns and compression in the hand and forearm were treated with different skin flaps, followed by early-stage postoperative comprenhensive rehabilitation therapy. Results: All the flaps were survived with satisfactory effect,patients were followed up 6 to 12 months,skin flaps all showed better colour and texture and fuction of the hand was satisfactory. the injuried hand and forearm can achieve good recovery of function and appearance. Conclusion: Different skin flaps are adopted to repair severe therm opressure injury of the hand according to different skin defects of the hand ,to achieve good recovery of function and appearance of the hand to the greatest extent.
