唾液结晶形态试验和小涎腺活检在干燥综合征诊断中的比较研究

目的通过对唾液结晶形态试验SalivaferningtestSFT和小涎腺活检的比较进一步评价SFT在干燥综合征SS诊断中的价值方法对40例疑为SS的患者在进行小涎腺活检之前取其非刺激性新鲜混合唾液镜下观察其结晶形态记录分型比较两种方法的阳性检出率结果SFT和小涎腺活检的比较具有显著差异p>0.05结论SFT和小涎腺活检相似在SS诊断中具有重要的价值。

The Comparative Study of Two Diagnostic Methods in SS-Saliva Ferning Test and Labilal Gland Biopsy

Objective:The study was to compare the saliva ferning test (SFT) with mini salivary gland biopsy and evaluate the SFT as diagnostic test for xerostomia in patients suspected to SS.Methods:Before mini salivary gland biopsy,dried samples of freshly produced saliva from 40 patients were examined by light microscopy. The crystallization was classified into 4types according to the ferning phenomenon(type I normal and type Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅵ abnormal). Results:The SFT and mini salivary gland biopsy have relationship (p>0.05),Conclusions:SFT are simple,sensitive and specific test as diagnostic test in patients suspected to SS just as mini salivary gland biopsy.
