| 摘 要： | “沙坦”类药物即血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker，ARB）类抗高血压药物，问世10余年来，因其独特的疗效和安全性得以迅速发展。本文针对ARB类药物的上市情况、作用机制、药代动力学、临床应用、不良反应及发展前景等方面的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | The sartans are a class of new antihypertension drugs of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers. Since it first come to market in Sweden in 1994, the sartans have been developed rapidly for their unique clinical efficacy and good safety. The marketing circumstance, action mechanism, pharmacokinetics, clinical use, adverse events and prospect of the sartans are summarized in the review. |
