| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丙泊酚、利多卡因用于人工流产的临床效果比较。方法征集门诊156例人工流产自愿者,随机分为3组,A组自愿丙泊酚全麻,B组自愿利多卡因局麻,C组自愿为对照组。结果A组镇痛作用和宫颈松弛作用明显,手术时间缩短,人工流产综合征发生率低,B组效果次之,C组再次。差异有统计学意义。术中出血量无明显差别。结论丙泊酚全麻应用于人工流产效果优于利多卡因局麻。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different anesthesia methods on artificial abortion.Methods 156 women with early pregnancy who requested artificial abortion were randomly divided into three groups： group A： 52 cases with propofol intravenous anesthesia;group B： 52 cases with lidocaine local anesthe-sia;group C as Control group.Results The analgesic effects,cervix laxation and low abortional general reaction in group A is better than group B,group B is better than group C.These were statistically significance differ-ence between these three groups.Conclusion Propofol intravenous anesthesia is considered as the best method in artificial abortion. |
