析冯天有教授有关损伤性脊柱疾病的学术研究

摘    要:目的 学习,研究,继承冯天有教授的学术思想。方法 通过三年国家级师承制教学,学习,继承冯天有教授有关损伤性脊椎疾病的理论及临床初中,总结其学术思想。结果 冯天有教授在国内首次揭示了损伤性脊柱疾病的本质,开创了中西医结合临床诊治的新领域。首次提出脊柱内外平衡失调是损伤脊柱疾病的理论基础;单(多)椎体位移是发病的主要病理改变,治疗上创用了“脊柱(定点)旋转复位法”。对腰椎间盘突出症,颈椎病,环枢椎半脱位,峡部裂等一系列疾病建立了新诊治方法,取得突破性进展,居国内外领先水平。结论 “新医正骨疗法”具有科学性和前瞻性,是“中西医结合的典型”。

Abstract:Objective To study and succeed professor Feng's ideas. Method The author has been studied the treatment for three years as a postgraduate student and try to absorb and succeed Feng's ideas theoretically and clinically. Result The author concluded that the major idea of FSM treatment is to put up, for the first time in China, that the unbalance of inner an outer elements of spine is the basic pathomechanics of the degenerative and impairment disease of spinal column. He also believes that single or multiple vertebral subluxation is the key point in the pathology. He produces a special spinal manipulation, which is the basis of FSM treatment. The treatment has been effectively and practically applied in lumbar disc protrusion, cervical spondylosis, subluxation of atlas axis joint, spondylolithesis, etc. The FSM treatment is a very advanced manipulative treatment and progressively acknowledged at home and abroad. Conclusion FSM treatment is a treatment based on scientific study and clinical practice. The treatment is a model integration of west medicine and TCM.
