| 摘 要： | 目的:评价MR动态增强减影技术对乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别的价值。方法:收集进行乳腺MR动态增强减影扫描并有明确病理结果的56例67个病灶作为研究对象进行回顾性分析。结果:乳腺良恶性病灶在MR动态增强形态、强化时间-信号强度曲线、强化峰值时间、血管分布形态、腋窝淋巴结五个指标上表现不同。结论:MR动态增强减影技术对乳腺良恶性病灶具有较高的鉴别诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MR angiography(CE-MRA) in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods: The CE-MRA images of 67 breast lesions in 56 patients identified by histopathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The CE-MRA imaging showed differences between benign and malignant breast lesions in the enhancement types,time-signal intensity curve pattern,peak time,vascular type and axillary lymph node.Conclusion:Three-dimensional CE-MRA imaging has obvious advantages in the differential diagnosis of breast neoplasms. |
