探讨个性化护理对脑卒中并发症发生情况的影响

目的:探讨个性化护理对脑卒中并发症发生情况的影响。方法:将60例脑卒中住院患者随机分为个性化护理组和常规性护理组,对两种护理方式的效果进行比较研究。结果:在脑卒中并发便秘、坠积性肺炎、压疮等并发症发生例数,常规性护理组高于个性化护理组,患者满意度、医生满意度个性化护理组高于常规性护理组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理干预对脑卒中患者的康复具有重要意义。

Of individualized care on the impact of stroke complications

Objective The impact of the personalized care in stroke complications is investigate.Methods 60 cases of stroke patients were divided into personalized care groups and regular care group,the effect of two nursing methods were compared.Results There were other complications were recorded in stroke,such as patients,pneumonia,pressure sores.Routine care group is higher than personalized care group,but For Patient satisfaction and doctor satisfaction,personalized care group is higher than in the conventional care group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is very important for personalized nursing intervention to the Rehabilitation of patient in stroke.
