复方灵芝颗粒中白术挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的制备与表征

摘    要:目的考察复方灵芝颗粒的白术挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的制备与表征。方法采用水溶液搅拌法和研磨法制备,物性鉴定采用红外、热分析、气相、薄层等多种光谱学和色谱学方法。结果2种方法均能得到合格包合物,水溶性和稳定性大大提高,水溶液搅拌法包合物中挥发油含量较高,达到9.47%。结论环糊精包合技术提高了有效组分白术油在颗粒剂中的稳定性。

Abstract:Objective To study the preparation and investigate the quality of volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of Atractylodes macrocephala. Methods Aqueous solution-stirring and mechanical milling were used for the manufacturing, and the physical properties of the inclusion were identified by IR, TA, and TI.C. Results The inclusioncould be prepared by either of the 2 methods mentioned above. The content of the essential oil of Atractylodes macrocephala of the inclusion complex by aqueous solution stirring was 9.47%. Conclusion The β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology may be used to improve the stability of the volatile oil.
