| 摘 要： | 孤立性肺结节(SPN)的CT诊断一直是影像诊断学的研究热点,根据CT扫描中SPN的大小、边缘情况、内部结构特征、周围征象,并结合SPN薄扫+动态增强形式的分析,仔细观察结节的密度、边缘切迹的深浅、周围毛刺的长短、钙化斑的有无及多少、增强造影后结节的强化情况等等,对SPN的良、恶性作出比较准确的诊断。
