炎性反应与冠状动脉支架术后再狭窄

摘    要:冠状动脉支架术后再狭窄机制包括早期平滑肌细胞损伤、内皮剥脱及血小板聚集至中晚期平滑肌细胞增殖、迁移,细胞外基质沉积。目前大量证据证明炎性反应在上述血管壁损伤、新生内膜至管腔丢失过程中起重要作用。本文从组织病理学观察及炎性因子的检测方面阐述炎性反应在支架术后再狭窄过程中的作用机制。

Abstract:The pathophysiology of restenosis involves early elements of direct injury to smooth muscle cells,deendothelialization,and thrombus deposition.Over time,this leads to smooth muscle cell proliferation/migration and extracellular matrix deposition.There is an increasing body of evidence to suggest that inflammation plays a pivotal role linking early vascular injury to the eventual consequence of neointimal growth and lumen compromise.This review seeks to provide an integrated view of the pathophysiology of restenosis that explains the central role of inflammation.
