卵巢癌患者血清CA125水平与临床分期病理类型的相关性研究

目的探讨卵巢癌患者血清CA125水平与临床分期病理类型的相关性。方法采用化学发光法检测了62例卵巢癌患者,47例卵巢良性肿瘤患者,50例健康对照者的血清CA125浓度。结果卵巢癌患者血清CA125水平显著高于卵巢良性肿瘤组和健康对照组(P<0.01);卵巢良性肿瘤组血清CA125水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);卵巢癌组患者中,血清CA125水平与肿瘤分期之间有密切相关性,随着临床分期的增加,血清CA125水平逐渐增加,不同临床分期的卵巢癌患者之间,血清CA125水平差异有显著性(P<0.01);血清CA125水平与卵巢癌病理类型之间亦有密切相关性,浆液性显著高于非浆液性(P<0.01)。结论卵巢癌患者血清CA125水平与临床分期病理类型均有密切相关性,血清CA125是卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的首选标志物,对治疗效果监测,判断有无复发、转移具有重要临床价值。

Analysis of the Relationship between the Serum CA125 and Clinical Staging, Pathological Type of the Patients with Ovarian Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum CA125 and the clinical stage,pathological type of the patients of ovarian carcinoma. Methods Measureate the serum CA125 with CLIA and make a comparison among 62 cases with ovarian carcinoma,47 cases with benign ovarian tumor and 50 healthy persons. Results Comparing with the values of the patients of benign ovarian tumor and healthy persons,the values of serum CA125 in the patients of ovarian carcinoma were obviously higher（P〈0.01） . Comparing with healthy persons,the values of serum CA125 of the patients of benign ovarian tumor were obviously higher（P〈0.05） . in ovarian carcinoma cases serum CA125 level and tumor staging show positive correlation. When stage rising,CA125 level is rising. The CA125 levels were signifi cant difference between the different stage of ovarian carcinoma（P〈0.01） . Serum CA125 level and pathological type show correlation. Serum CA125 level of serous tumor was much higher than the serum CA125 level of the non-serous tumor（P〈0.01） . Conclusions The CA125 level of the ovarian carcinoma and its clinical staging,pathological type show positive correlation.CA125 is a useful marker of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma. It has important clinical values for recurrence and metastasis of the tumor to monitor the serum CA125 level.
