| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。[方法]110例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组单纯应用西药，治疗组在对照组的基础上应用少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗，比较两组疗效。[结果]治疗组有效率为83.64％，高于对照组67.27％（P〈0.05）。[结论]西医结合中药少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性盆腔炎有很好的疗效，值得推广。
