电话回访式健康教育对精神分裂症复发的影响

目的了解实施电话回访式健康教育对预防精神分裂症复发的作用。方法将112例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各56例。研究组采用电话回访式健康教育,对照组采用常规社区康复。并对两组的相关资料进行比较。结果两年后研究组复发8例、复发率14.29%,再住院4例、再住院率7.14%,SDSS评分5.48±1.98分,显著低于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;研究组ITAQ评分显著高于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论电话回访式健康教育能够提高患者的自我认识,提高对治疗的主动性,能够降低复发率和再住院率,提高患者的社会功能。

Influence of Phone Return Visit of Health Education on Schizophrenia Recurrent

Objective To investigate the influence of health education with phone return visit on schizophrenia. Recurrence. Methods To collect the 112 cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into research group and the control group. The patients in the research group accepted return visit phone,while accepted common community rehabilitation in the control group. And then compare the related datas in the two groups. Results Two years later,patients relapse rate of 8 cases （14.29%）,the readmission rate of 4 cases （7.14%）,and SDSS ratingon （5.48 ± 1.98） in the research group significantly lower than the control group,and the patients ITAQ in research section is higher than in control group. There are statistical significance. Conclusions The health education of Telephone return visit enhance the patients＇ self-cognition and initiativeness in the treatment,also reduce the recurrence rate and the readmission rate,improve social function.
