上颌窦动脉瘤样骨囊肿（附3例报告）

目的 :探讨上颌窦动脉瘤样骨囊肿的临床特征与治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析 3例上颌窦动脉瘤样骨囊肿的相关文献 ,总结其临床表现、影像学特点及治疗效果。结果 :上颌窦动脉瘤样骨囊肿常见的症状为瘤体呈膨胀性生长、局部肿痛及临近器官压迫症状 ,较为特异的是穿刺有高压不凝血液喷出 ,影像学检查有助于诊断 ,3例患者均行手术切除 ,随访 3～ 5年无复发。结论 :上颌窦动脉瘤样骨囊肿的X线征象表现为“气球样、皂泡样”改变 ,治疗应首选手术。

Aneurysaml bone cyst of maxillary sinus

Objective:To study the biological behaviour and treatment of maxillary aneurysmal bone cyst.Method:Three patients with maxillary aneurysmal bone cyst were invesgated and the relative literature was reviewed.Presenting symptoms,radio-graphic appearances and treatment were respectively analyzed.Result:The common symptoms included partial gall,the enlargement of the tumor and the symptoms of near organ being compressed.A distinctive symptom of this disease was unfreezing blood blowing out by puncture.Radiographic appranced contributed to diagnosis.Three patients were performed surgical treatment.After 3 to 5 years follow-up,there was no relapse.Conclusion:The typical X-ray sign of maxillary aneurysmal bone cyst like soap bubble or ballon.It`s therapy should be surgical treatment.
