河南新乡地区汉族群体3个Y-STR基因座遗传多态性分布

目的调查河南新乡地区汉族群体Y染色体3个Y-STR基因座DYS19、DYS385和DYS389的基因多态性分布。方法聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增各基因座,质量分数6%中性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,银染显带分型。结果在158例无关男性个体中,DYS19、DYS385、DYS389分别检出9、16、9个等位基因,基因多样性(GD)分别为0.7980、0.9512、0.8521。3个Y-STR基因座共检出157种单体型,单体型多样性为0.9999。结论DYS19、DYS385、DYS389等3个Y-STR基因座具有高度的遗传多态性,可用于法医学个体识别、亲子鉴定及群体遗传学研究。

Distribution of genetic polymorphism of three Y-STR loci of Han people in Xinxiang of Henan prov-ince

Objective To investigate the distribution of genetic polymorphism of DYS19,DYS385 and DYS389 loci of Han pople in Xinxiang of Henan province.Methods Three Y-STR loci were amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and the PCR products of Y-STR loci were typed by using 6% neutral polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis followed by silver-stain.Results In total of 158 unrelated Male individual,the number of alleles of DYS19,DYS385 and DYS389 were found 9,16 and 9,respectively.The gene diversity was 0.798 0,0.915 2 and 0.852 1,respectively.A total of 157 haplotypes at 3 Y-STR loci were observed.The haplotype diversity reached 0.999 9.Conclusion DYS19,DYS385 and DYS389 loci are highly polymorphic and can be used for identification,paternity testing and genetic polymorphism research.
