| 摘 要： | 目的探讨睑缘劈开唇黏膜置换法治疗先天性双行睫的手术疗效。方法对19例（34眼）的先天性双行睫患者进行睑缘劈开唇黏膜置换法切除生长异位睫毛的唇间组织，缺损处游离移植唇黏膜，观察术后眼睑和睫毛的位置和形态。结果术后随访36个月，角膜刺激症状消失，双行睫完全消失，睑缘形态良好，正常睫毛排列整齐。结论睑缘劈开唇黏膜置换法治疗先天性双行睫是一种既有效又保持外观的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of replacement of labium mueosa on the treatment of congenital distichiasis. Methods Thirty-four eyes of nineteen cases were treated by distichiasis resection with lid splitting, the defects were replaced by labium mucosa grafts. After operation, the position and shape of eyelids and the eyelashes were observed. Results During the 3 - 6 months follow-up period, the corneal irritation disappeared in all cases. The distichiasis was corrected in all cases with the limbus palpebralis normal shaped and the eyelashes lining up in order. Condnsions The replacement of labium mucosa with lid splitting is an effeetive method for congenital distichiasis. |
