| 摘 要： | 在临产前胎膜破裂,称为胎膜早破(premature rupture ofmembranes)。其发生率各家报道不一,占分娩总数的2.7%~17.0%。肿膜早破在早产者中的发生率约为足月产的2.5~3.0倍[1,2]。胎膜早破可诱发早产并增加宫内感染和产褥感染机会。破膜48h后分娩者,产褥感染率为5%~20%,败血症率为0
