不同中医证型高血压患者机体红细胞免疫功能与血清超氧化物歧化酶活性相关性研究

目的观察探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者红细胞免疫黏附(RCIA)及其与血清SOD活性的关系,以期为中医药防治EH提供可靠的实验依据。方法应用亚硝酸盐法和细胞形态学方法分别测定了肝阳上亢型、阴虚阳亢型、阴阳两虚型、痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压(EH)患者红细胞免疫黏附(RCIA)功能指标和血清SOD活性。结果EH患者红细胞免疫黏附功能较正常人低下,血清SOD活性代偿性增高。RCR、TRR与血清SOD活性呈现一定的负相关性,RICR与血清SOD活性呈现一定的正相关性。不同中医辨证分型EH患者虚证组红细胞免疫功能低于实证组,但无统计学意义。结论红细胞免疫功能紊乱可能与EH的发生、发展有密切的关系。红细胞免疫指标的检测可作为反映中医气血较灵敏的指标,为中医药防治EH提供可靠的实验依据。

Relation study between erythrocyte immunological function and serum SOD activity of hypertension patients with different typing

Objective It is to observe and discuss the relation between red cell immune adherence (RCIA) and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of essential hypertension (EH) patients in order to offer reliable experiment basis for prevention and cure of EH with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods The function indexes of RCIA and serum SOD activity of EH patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang, deficiency of Yin and hyperactivity of Yang, deficiency of both Yin and Yang and excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness were determined with nitrite and cell morphology methods. Results The functions of RCIA in EH patients were lower than those in healthy adult. Serum SOD activity compensatively increased. There was a negative correlation among TCR, TRR and the activity of SOD, and there was a positive correlation between RICR and serum SOD activity. The RCIA functions of asthenia syndrome were lower than those of sthenia syndrome in EH patients with different typing TCM syndrome, but there was no statistical differences. Conclusion These are possibly close relation between RCIA functional disorder and emergence and development of EH, the assay result of red cell immune index can be a reliable evidence of prevention and cure of EH with TCM.
