肝脂消胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床研究

目的 观察肝脂消胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效和安全性,并探讨其治疗机制.方法 选择120例非酒精性脂肪肝,中医辨证属脾虚湿盛、痰热血瘀、阻滞脉络之证患者,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例.治疗组口服肝脂消胶囊,对照组口服东宝肝泰片,两组均治疗90 d.观察中医证候积分、肝功能、血脂及肝脏B超治疗前后变化.结果 治疗组临床证候总有效率为95.0%,两组比较P＜0.05.两组对降低患者的血脂、血清转氨酶及脂肪肝的影像学改变方面有明显的作用;治疗组在改善脂肪肝患者的症状及影像学改变等方面的作用优于对照组,P＜0.01.结论 肝脂消胶囊用于非酒精性脂肪肝的治疗,其主要机理为健脾化湿、清热化痰、活血通络,有较好的临床疗效,无明显毒副作用.

Treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver with Ganzhixiao Capsules

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Ganzhixiao Capsules on nonalcoholic fatty liver and discuss the mechanism.Methods The cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver(n=120) were chosen,and divided randomly into the treatment group(n=60) and the control group(n=60) ,whose TCM syndrome types were syndrome of superabundance of dampness due to spleen insufficiency,phlegm-heat and blood stasis,and meridians stagnation.The treatment group was treated with Ganzhixiao Capsules and the control group with Dongbaogantai Tablets orally for 90 days respectively.The TCM symptom integral,liver function,blood lipid level and examination of B type ultrasonography were observed in two groups.Results In the treatment group the total effective rate of symptoms was 95.0 %(P<0.05 comparing between two groups) .The changes of blood lipit level,serum transaminase and imaging of fatty liver were obvious in two groups.The result of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01) in symptom relief and imaging changes.Conclusion Ganzhixiao Capsules has a good curative effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver without obvious toxic and side effects.The mechanism is mainly that Ganzhixiao Capsules can invigorate spleen to resolve dampness,clear away heat to eliminate dampness,and activate blood to dredge collaterals.
