| 摘 要： | 本研究旨在观察灵芝合剂是否对家兔实验性血栓形成具有抑制作用。结果显示：灵芝合剂组体外和体内（颈外静脉和颈总动脉内）形成的血栓重量和长度均较对照组明显减轻和缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示灵芝合剂对家兔实验性血栓形成具有明显的抑制作用。其抗血栓形成机理可能与抗凝、抑制血小板活化和增加血管内皮细胞抗血栓能力有关。

| Abstract: | The therapeutic effect of Ganoderma japonicum(Fr.) Lloyd mixture on thrombosis and its mechanism were studied. The results showed that Ganoderma japonicum(Fr.) Lloyd mixture inhibited thrombus formation in vitro and in vivo, the thrombus weight and length formed in the rabbit common carotid artery and external jugular vein were significantly decreased in the experimental group compared with the control( P <0.01). The results suggest that Ganoderma japonicum(Fr.) Lloyed mixture has anti thrombotic effect, blood coagulation and platelet activation were inhibited,and the ability of vascular endothelial cells against the process of thrombosis was enhanced. |
