5614例维吾尔族及汉族体检者静脉血血细胞13项参数的调查分析

目的 分析维吾尔族及汉族健康人群静脉血血细胞13项参数,为建立新疆地区维吾尔族及汉族健康人群静脉血血细胞各项参数的参考区间提供依据.方法 采用Sysmex XE-2100型日本希森美康公司的全自动五分类血细胞分析仪,对5 614名维吾尔族和汉族体检者进行血细胞常规测定,并对民族和性别进行比较.结果 维吾尔族和汉族体检者静脉血血细胞WBC、PLT、MCV 3个参数水平差异有统计学意义,各民族男性和女性静脉血血细胞WBC、RBC、PLT、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC水平差异有统计学意义.结论 维吾尔族和汉族健康人群部分静脉血血细胞参数存在着民族及性别差异,有必要建立不同民族和不同性别的血细胞参考区间.

Investigation and analysis of venous blood cell 13 parameter within 5 614 Uighur and Han Nationalities

Objective Through analysis of venous blood cell 13 parameter within 5 614 Uighur and Han Nationalities,it provide to establish Uighur and Han Nationalities healthy reference intervals of venous blood cell all parameter.Methods Blood cells were measured in 5 614 healthy Uighur and Han Nationalities adults with Sysmex XE-2100 automatic analyzer,and compared between nationality and sex.Results The values had significant differences in WBC,PLT,MCV between Uighur and Han Nationalities,WBC,RBC,PLT,HGB,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC had significant differences between men and women.Conclusion Part parameters of blood cells had differences between nationality and sex,which was necessary to establish healthy reference intervals by nationality and sex.
