影响米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10～14周妊娠流产效果相关因素分析

目的探讨影响米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10～14周妊娠流产效果的相关因素。方法对要求终止10～14周妊娠的396例患者的流产效果进行回顾性分析。结果年龄≥35岁者失败率明显高于年龄<35岁者;随妊娠周数的增加,流产失败率增高;有剖宫产史的患者比自然分娩史的患者失败率高;孕次越多,失败率越高;距前次药流时间≤3个月的患者药物流产失败率高于>3个月的患者。结论影响流产效果的相关因素有年龄、妊娠周数、既往分娩史、孕产史和与前次药流相距时间。其中年龄、妊娠周数及既往分娩史是影响流产效果的独立因素。

Influencers of Medical Termination of Pregnancy between 10th to 14th Week of Gestation by Using the Joint Administration of Mifepristone and Misoprostel

Objective To identify factors which influence the mediccal abortion for termination of pregnancy between 10th to 14th week of gestation by using the joint administration of mifepristone and misoprostel.Methods Both the retrospective and statistics analysis were performed to assess the effect of medical abotion on termination of pregnancy between 10th to 14th week of gestation.Results the treatment failure rate in the group in which pregnant who is more than 35 years old,is significantly higher than those less than 35;the rate of ineffective abortion increases with the gestational age;pregnant who had undergone the previous cesarean section has the higher probability of ineffective abortion than those who experenced the natural childbirth;the larger the number of times a woman has been pregnant,the higher the treatment failure rate is;the treatment failure rate in pregnant who has suffered from the previous medical abortion within 3 months is highter than those who undergone the previous medical abortion more than three months.Conclusion The effect of medical abortion involves many factors such as age of the pregnaney,age for gestation,past birth record,pregnancy history,as well as the period of time from last medical abortion,among which,the age of the pregnant,the age for gestation and the past birth record are independent and essential factors govenning the effect of medical abortion.
