左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者合并慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的：观察左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者合并慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：将60例维持性血液透析合并慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为A组（n=30,透析治疗）和B组（n=30,透析治疗联合左卡尼汀治疗）两组,比较两组的临床疗效及心功能指标与实验室检查指标治疗前后的变化。结果：在透析治疗的基础上应用左卡尼汀后,B组的疗效明显优于A组（P〈0.05）,且B组心功能指标改善较A组更明显（P〈0.05）。B组的实验室检查指标治疗后改善较A组更明显（P〈0.05）。结论：左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者合并慢性心力衰竭疗效确切,可明显改善患者的心功能,值得推广和应用。

Observation of curative effect on L-carnitine in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic heart failure

Objective: To explore the effect of L-carnitine on maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic heart failure.Methods: 60 maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into group A(n=30,dialysis treatment) and group B(n=30,dialysis therapy with L-carnitine treatment),the clinical efficacy and cardiac function before and after treatment and laboratory indicators changes were compared between the two groups.Results: In the dialysis treatment on the basis of the application after L-carnitine,the effect of group B was significantly better than that of group A(P<0.05),and cardiac function in group B was more better than that of group A(P<0.05).Laboratory indexes in group B were improved more significantly than those in group A after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: L-carnitine on hemodialysis is effective in patients with chronic heart failure,and can significantly improve cardiac function,thereby should be promoted and applied.
