急性百草枯中毒的研究和治疗进展

百草枯属于剧毒类除草剂,中毒后主要导致肺、肝、肾等重要脏器损害,其中以肺组织损伤为主。目前尚无特效解毒剂,治疗困难,病死率高,早期中毒患者多死于多脏器损害,后期多死于肺纤维化。目前在临床上主要给予早期清除毒物、血液灌流、血液透析和保护重要脏器等治疗。由于百草枯中毒的发病机制尚不明确,因此寻求其发病机制和有效的药物治疗已成为研究热点。

Progress of the Research and Treatment in Acute Paraquat Poisoning

Paraquat is highly toxic herbicides and can cause the injuries of the lung,liver,and other vital organs,among which the major injury is lung.Direct cause of early stage death is mostly multiple-organ damages,while that of the late stage death is mostly pulmonary fibrosis,since there is no specific antidote and the treatment is difficult,the mortality is high.The current major clinical treatment is early removal of toxic,hemopefusion,hemodialysis and protecting vital organs.Seeking the mechanism of its toxic and the effective drug treatment have become research hotspots since the mechanism of the paraquat poisoning is still not clear.
