护理干预对脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响研究

目的:探讨护理干预对脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取2009年2月-2011年2月我院住院治疗的脑卒中患者280例,随机分为观察组与对照组各140例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施康复护理干预措施,观察两组神经功能缺损评分和Barthel ADL指数情况。结果:经过护理干预观察组的神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分方面优于对照组,两组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可显著提高脑卒中患者日常生活能力,减轻残疾程度,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Nursing Intervention on Cerebral Apoplexy Patients with Activities of Daily Life

Objective:To explore the nursing intervention on cerebral apoplexy patients’ daily life ability influence.Methods:From February 2009 to February 2011 our hospital treatment of stroke patients in 280 cases,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 140 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing care,observation group implementation of rehabilitation nursing interventions,observe two groups of neural function defect score and barthel ADL index.Results:After nursing intervention was observed in the group of neural function defect score,activities of daily living score than the control group,the difference between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can significantly improve the ability of daily life of stroke patients,reduce the degree of disability,and improve quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
