子宫内膜异位症术后联合药物治疗对妊娠的影响

目的:探讨中、重度子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后不同药物治疗对术后妊娠率的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年1月—2010年12月112例子宫内膜异位症Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者的临床资料,112例患者在腹腔镜手术后根据患者个人意愿选择不同的药物后分为应用内美通组和曲普瑞林组,比较两组患者术后复发率、自然受孕率及不良反应的发生率等。结果:所有患者术后病理诊断均证实为子宫内膜异位症。随访至2011年9月,内美通、曲普瑞林组的复发率分别为3.85%、3.33%,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。内美通组术后自然受孕率56.25%,较曲普瑞林组的62.96%稍低,但两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:内美通、曲普瑞林用于子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后的辅助治疗均能显著降低内膜异位症复发率,术后使用两种药物的自然受孕率还有待进一步观察。

Postoperative Combined Medicine Therapy to Patients with Endometriosis in Pregnancy

Objective:To investigate the effect on pregnancy after laparoscopy in treating mild-severe endometriosis combined with gestrinone or gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue,GnRH-a.Methods:A retrospective analysis on the clinical material of 112 women with mild-severe endometriosis,who were treated in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010.All paitents choose different medicine by themselves,to compare the recurrence rate,the natural pregnancy rate and incidence of adverse reactions,etc.Results:All patients were confirmed pathological diagnosis of endometriosis.Follow-up to September 2011,gestrinone,triptorelin group recurrence rates were 3.85%,3.33%,no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The natural conception rate of Gestrinone group was 56.25%,lower than triptorelin group,no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative combined Gestrinone or triptorelin can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of endometriosis,but their natural conception rate remain to be seen.
