| 摘 要： | 分析美国FDA、欧盟EMEA以及澳大利亚等国家的食品药品监管机构职能,借鉴国外食品药品监管队伍培养的良好经验,我国在食品药品监管队伍建设中必须严把人员入口关,建立在职继续培训教育制度,完善教育培养体系建设,加强和拓展国际人才培养.
