单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗颅脑损伤的临床观察

目的 研究单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂对颅脑损伤的治疗效果.方法 278例颅脑损伤患者采用随机对照试验设计,对照组138例,治疗组140例,两组均采用常规综合治疗,治疗组加用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂.分别对治疗前后两组的神经系统恢复情况、GCS评分、GOS分级进行比较.结果 治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为84.3%、69.6%;治疗组治疗6 w后GOS分级明显优于对照组(P＜0.05),GCS评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂在改善颅脑损伤病人预后、促进脑神经功能恢复、降低病死率等方面有确切疗效.

Clinical observation of treatment of craniocerebral injury with monosialoteterahexosyl ganglioside

Objective To investigate the curative effects of monosialoteterahexosyl ganglioside on craniocerebral injury.Methods Randomized controlled trial was used to divide 278 patients with craniocerebral injury into two groups,with 138 cases in the control group and 140 cases in the treatment group.Both groups received the routine combined treatment,while the treatment group also took monosialoteterahexosyl ganglioside at the same time.Comparison was made in recovery of nervous system,GCS scores and GOS grading between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was respectively 84.3% and 69.6%.Six weeks after the treatment,the GOS grading of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）,and the GCS score was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Monosialoteterahexosyl ganglioside has certain therapeutic effects on the patients with craniocerebral injury through improving the prognosis of patients,enhancing the recovery of cranial nerve function and decreasing the case fatality rate.
