| 摘 要： | 氟伐他汀对糖尿病肾病(DN)的保护作用是通过多条途径来实现的,其可以通过抑制3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶从而抑制胆固醇的合成,进而改善高脂血症,对肾脏间接产生保护作用。另外,氟伐他汀也可以通过抑制肾脏系膜细胞增殖和调控肾脏细胞外基质积聚,抑制炎性反应,调节肾脏血流,改善内皮细胞功能,减轻肾小管间质损伤,抗氧化及免疫调节等发挥非降脂依赖的肾脏保护作用来延缓DN的进展,为DN的药物防治提供了一个重要靶点。

| Abstract: | The protective effect of fluvastatin on diabetic nephropathy(DN)is achieved through a variety of ways,such as reducing cholesterol synthesis through inhibition of HMG-CoA(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA)reductase thus to improve hyperlipidaemia,which protects kidney indirectly.Besides,fluvastatin can also inhibit the proliferation of mesangial cells and regulate the extracellular matrix accumulation,restrain the inflammatory responses,accommodate the renal blood flow,improve the endothelial function,as well as reduce the interstitial injury,offer antioxidant and immune-regulation functions.All these ways play a non-lipid-lowering-dependent renal protective role to delay the progress of DN,providing an important target of drug prevention and treatment for DN. |
