| 摘 要： | 从临床药师角度分析1例癌痛患者的治疗原则,应用药学理论和循证药学,与医师共同讨论治疗方案,并对方案进行评价与调整,实施药学监护。临床药师通过参与镇痛药物的剂量调整,及时发现临床药物治疗中需注意的问题,提出合理建议,为患者提供个体化治疗。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of clinical pharmacists,the treatment principles for 1 patient with cancer pain are analyzed.With the application of pharmaceutical theory and evidence-based pharmacy,the treatment scheme is discussed together with the physicians,the scheme is evaluated and adjusted,and the pharmaceutical care is implemented.Through participating the dose adjustment of analgesic drugs,the clinical pharmacists timely discover the problems which need to be paid attention to the clinical pharmacotherapy,propose reasonable proposals and provide individualized treatment for patients. |
