食管癌放疗前后中医证型改变与T淋巴细胞亚群以及NK细胞的关系

目的 探讨食管癌患者在放射治疗前后中医辨证分型与T淋巴细胞亚群以及NK细胞之间的关系.方法 在患者放疗前后给予中医辨证分型,并使用流式细胞仪检测放疗前后食管癌患者外周静脉血T淋巴细胞和NK细胞,表面标志分别为CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD3-CD56+.结果 放射治疗前后中医辨证分型构成比具有显著差异性(P=0.000).气虚阳微证型组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+表达率均低于其他各证型组.在与正常对照组比较中,放疗前组CD3+显著降低,CD8+显著升高,CD3-CD56+显著降低;放疗后组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3-CD56+均显著降低,CD8+显著升高.放射治疗前后食管癌患者CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+自身配对比较差异具有统计学意义,放疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著降低、CD8+显著升高.结论 食管癌中医证型与机体免疫功能具有相关性,为指导中药辅助放射治疗食管癌提供了理论依据.

Relationship between the Traditional Chinese Medicine differentiation of esophageal cancer and T Lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cells

Objective To investigate the relationship among Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome type,T-lymphocyte subsets and natural killer(NK) cell of esophageal cancer patients after radiation therapy.Methods Before and after radiotherapy,120 esophageal carcinoma patients were carried out in the classification of TCM syndromes,and measured by flow cytometer of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell ratio,which surface markers were CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD3-CD56+.Results TCM syndrome constitutes was significant different before and after radiation therapy(P=0.000).In Qi and yang deficiency syndrome group,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ were lower than the other syndromes group.With the normal control group comparison,before radiotherapy,CD3+,CD3-CD56+ were significantly reduced and CD8+ were significantly increased;after radiotherapy,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD3-CD56+ were significantly lower,CD8+ was significantly increased.Before and after radiation therapy,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ expression were significant differences.After radiotherapy,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ were significantly reduced,CD8+ was significantly increased.Conclusion Esophageal cancer TCM syndromes were associated with immune function,which providing a theoretical basis in clinical treatment of esophageal cancer in Chinese Medicine.
