扁桃体热切法的临床研究进展

扁桃体切除术是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的最常见手术之一,切除方法大致分为两大类:冷切法与热切法。冷切法是传统的方法,其中一些方法依然在使用。随着科学技术的发展,出现了扁桃体热切法,这些种类繁多的热切法各具特点;其中一些热切法在确保手术安全性前提下,减少了术中出血,提高了手术效率,目前已经逐渐成为主流的扁桃体切除方法。现就扁桃体热切法的发生、发展和应用状况予以综述。

Clinical Research Progress of Hot Tonsillectomy

Tonsillectomy is one of the most common surgeries in otolaryngology,which includes two main categories:cold method and hot method.Cold cutting is the traditional method,some of which are still in use.With the development of science and technology,hot cutting methods appeared,which is with a great variety and features respectively.Some not only ensure the operative safety,but also reduce the bleeding and improve operative efficiency,which are becoming the main methods of tonsillectomy.Here is to make a review on the generation,development and application of the hot tonsillectomy.
