脂联素与2型糖尿病及其血管并发症关系的研究进展

随着糖尿病患病率的逐年增高,如何能早期预测并更好地治疗糖尿病成为当前糖尿病治疗研究的热点。脂联素是主要由脂肪细胞分泌的一种肽类,因其在人体血浆中含量丰富,具有增强胰岛素敏感性、抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用,从而为糖尿病及其并发症的预测和治疗提供了新的思路和靶点。目前发现脂联素与胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病肾病、动脉粥样硬化等有关,但是机制尚未清楚。现对有关脂联素与2型糖尿病及其血管并发症关系的研究进展从信号途径、临床观察进行综述。

Research Advancement of Adiponectin and Type 2 Diabetes and Its Vasculopathy

With increasement of diabetes,how to predict and cure the diabetes was becoming a hot research.Adiponectin was an adipoctye-derived peptide with a high plasma adiponectin level in human body,has functions of insulin-sensitizing,anti-inflammtory,artherosclerosis.This provided a new forecast indicator and therapeutic target for the type 2 diabetes.At present,studies showed that adiponectin was related to insulin resistance,diabetic nephropathy,atherosis.But the exact mechanism of adiopnetion was not yet clear.The paper will overview the recent research progress,singnal channel and clinical observation on the relationship between adiponectin and the type 2 diabetes and its vasculopathy.
