黄芪注射液佐治小儿原发性肾病综合征58例疗效观察

目的：探究黄芪注射液治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征（PNS）的临床疗效。方法：将2005年1月～2011年1月我院收治的PNS患儿115例随机分为治疗组（58例）和对照组（57例）,两组患儿均给予常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上,加用黄芪注射液治疗3个疗程,共治疗2个月。结果：治疗组患儿在治疗4周后69.0%患儿尿蛋白转阴,治疗8周后91.4%患儿尿蛋白转阴,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;低蛋白血症恢复,治疗组在治疗4周后72.4%患儿恢复正常,治疗8周后94.8%患儿恢复正常,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;胆固醇恢复,治疗组在4周后36.2%患儿恢复正常,8周后82.8%患儿恢复正常,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;在水肿消退、少尿消失、血压恢复、血尿消失、血肌酐和尿素氮恢复方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：黄芪有助于尿蛋白转阴、血浆蛋白和胆固醇恢复。

Observation of curative effects on Astragalus Injection in the treatment of 58 children with primary nephrotic syndrome

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Astragalus Injection in the treatment of children with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Methods: 115 children with PNS admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2005 to January 2011 were randomly divided into the treatment group(58 cases) and the control group(57 cases).All the children of the two groups were given conventional treatment.Children of the treatment group were given additional Astragalus Injection in the treatment for 3 treatment courses,lasting for 2 months on the basis of conventional treatment.Results: In the treatment group,the urine protein of 69.0% children turned negative within 4 weeks of treatment and 91.4% within 8 weeks,with significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).As for the hypoproteinemia recovery,in the treatment group,72.4% children returned to normal within 4 weeks and 94.8% within 8 weeks,with significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).As for the cholesterol recovery,in the treatment group,36.2% children returned to normal within 4 weeks and 82.8% within 8 weeks,with significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).As for the edema recession,oliguria disappearance,blood pressure recovery,hematuria disappearance,serum creatinine recovery and urea nitrogen recovery,the two groups showed no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion: Astragalus helps urine protein in turning negative,plasma protein recovery and cholesterol recovery.
