| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济的飞速发展、人口老龄化及生活方式的改变,糖尿病的患病率也在迅速增加。目前,糖尿病的各种急性和慢性并发症已得到广泛关注,糖尿病与骨质疏松的关系也越来越引起重视。糖尿病相关性骨质疏松是糖尿病并发的一种全身代谢性骨病,其发病机制错综复杂。细胞因子与糖尿病相关性骨质疏松的关系已成为新的研究热点。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of global economy,population aging and lifestyle changes,the prevalence of diabetes also increases rapidly.At present,all sorts of acute and chronic complications of diabetes have been widely concerned,among which the correlation between diabetes and osteoporosis is causing more attention.Diabetic osteoporosis is a systemic metabolic bone disease accompanied with diabetes with intricate and complicated pathogenesis.Here is to make a review on the correlation between cytokine and diabetic osteoporosis,which is becoming a research hotspot. |
