摘    要:目的探讨脉搏波速度(PWV)与冠状动脉粥样硬化程度的关系。方法对208例行冠状动脉造影或介入治疗的患者,进行PWV测量、血液生化检查、病史采集等,分析PWV与冠状动脉粥样硬化程度的关系。结果发现年龄、PWV是显著性影响冠状动脉病变的危险因素;按照冠状动脉病变最大狭窄程度分组,冠状动脉病变程度间PWV有显著性差异(P<0.05)。按PWV值≤1400 cm/s和>1400 cm/s分组,两组患者冠状动脉病变严重程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PWV>1400 cm/s组的患者既往多数有高血压病史,3支血管病变在PWV>1400 cm/s组中显著增高(P<0.05)。冠状动脉无病变者在PWV≤1400 cm/s组中显著性增多。冠心病合并高血压组与未合并高血压组患者的PWV间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而冠状动脉病变严重程度间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PWV与冠状动脉病变严重程度呈显著相关性,它可作为对冠心病患者危险分层的评估和冠状动脉严重程度识别的独立因素。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the relationship between the pulse wave velocity(PWV)and coronary atherosclerosis.Methods 208 patients were selected who underwent coronary arteriongraphy or interventional therapy.And measure PWV,blood biochemistry examination,history-taking,to analyze the serious degree relationship between PWV and coronary artery disease.Results Age and PWV were significance risk factors of coronary atherosclerosis.According to the groupe of largest narrow degree coronary artery disease,there is significant difference in severity of coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Compared to patients with PWV≤1400 cm/s and PWV>1400 cm/s,there is significant difference in severity of coronary heart disease(P<0.05),patients with PWV>1400 cm/s had higher incidence of 3 disease coronary artery and had lower in normal coronary(P<0.05).There is no difference between patients with essential hypertension and those without hypertensios(P>0.05).PWV may synthesized reflect kinds of risk factor to vascul damages(P>0.05).Conclusion There is notable carrelation between PWV and coronary artery disease severity degree.Detecting PWV can evaluate the coronary artery disease danger hierarchication.and can identify the coronary artery severity extent.
