巨噬细胞亚群与胰岛素抵抗的研究进展

摘    要:胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病发病的关键因素之一。在2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的发生、发展中,巨噬细胞起到了非常关键的作用。巨噬细胞是具有可塑性和多能性的细胞群体,在体内外不同微环境诱导下可极化为功能截然不同的细胞亚型。根据活化状态和功能不同,目前主要分为M1型和M2型,M1型主要发挥促炎性作用,M2型主要发挥抗炎性作用,两者在肥胖诱导胰岛素抵抗的发生、发展中分别起到促进和抑制的作用。

Abstract:IR is one of the key factors in the formation of type 2 diabetes.It has been suggested that macrophage is a major contributor in the formation and development of T2DM.Plasticity and functional polarization are hallmarks of the macrophages,which can be polarized to distinct cell subtypes in different micro-environments.According to different activation statuses and functions,they are defined into two separate polarization states,M1 and M2.M1 plays a major pro-inflammatory role,while M2 mainly plays anti-inflammatory role.They respectively contribute to promotion and inhibition of the development of obesity-induced insulin resistance.
