内生性草酸代谢及影响因素研究进展

人体内的草酸来自于外源性摄入及内源性代谢,且以后者为主,人们一直对草酸的体内代谢途径进行研究,然而至今尚未完全弄清其详细途径,目前认为其代谢异常和几个相关的代谢酶的突变密切相关。有关内源性草酸的影响因素包括维生素B6、乳酸脱氢酶活性、红细胞异常、体型、肠道疾病、肾功能受损、果糖等。然而其具体的作用机制仍有待进一步阐述。

Research Advances in Endogenous Oxalic Acid Metabolism and Its Influencing Factors

Oxalic acid in the body originate from exogenous intake and endogenous metabolism,mainly from the later.Researches of metabolic pathways of oxalic acid in vivo have continued for years,however,the detail is still not clear;currently,some believes that there is a close correlation between abnormality of oxalic acid metabolism and enzyme mutation.The influencing factors include Vit.B6,LDH activity,abnormal red blood cells,body size,intestinal diseases,kidney dysfunction and fructose in the body etc..However,further elaboration is still needed for the specific action mechanism.
