摘    要:目的:探讨不同手术时机微创治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:高血压脑出血患者100例,随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组各50例,治疗组在发病后0~48 h内手术,对照组在发病后48~96 h内手术,两组均采用微创治疗。结果:经过治疗后,对照组血肿完全清除率为20.0%,治疗组血肿完全清除率为70.0%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术后6个月随访,治疗组的生活能力明显好于对照组,两组在生活能力方面,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:早期微创手术治疗高血压脑出血能够更有效地清除血肿,恢复日常生活能力,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of different timing of surgery of minimally invasive treatment on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group,each group had 50 cases,the treatment group did surgery after 0-48 hours,the control group did surgery after 48-96 hours,both groups were used minimally invasive treatment.Results: After treatment,the complete removal of the hematoma in the treatment group was 70.0%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(20.0%)(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the treatment group in life skills was significantly better than the control group,which was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: Early treatment of minimally invasive treatment on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can remove the hematoma effectively,and restore daily living skills,which is worthy of application.
