| 摘 要： | 近年来,公立医院公益性评价研究成为学术界研究的热点。本文通过文献分析尝试界定公立医院公益性的概念,并进一步构建公立医院公益性的测度指标体系,以期为政府解决居民就医问题、保证公立医院健康稳定发展提供可资借鉴的依据。

| Abstract: | Public welfare evaluation research becomes public hospital academic research hot spot in recent years.This article tries to define the concept of public hospital public welfare through the literature analysis and further to build commonweal indicator system,in order to provide reference basis for the government who can solve residents’ medical problems,ensure the healthy and steady development of public hospital. |
