经尿道钬激光联合两种不同灌注方法治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效观察

目的比较经尿道钬激光联合两种不同灌注方法治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法对75例腺性膀胱炎患者均采用经尿道钬激光切除术,术后根据灌注方式的不同随机分成两组,A组38例予以术后即刻膀胱灌注吡柔比星30 mg(24 h内),之后每周1次,连续灌注8次;B组37例予以术后1周开始灌注,之后同法序贯灌注8次。结果术后随诊24个月,两组比较,A组有效率(92.11%)高于B组(72.97%),A组复发率(7.89%)低于B组(27.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道钬激光联合即刻加序贯膀胱灌注可以提高对腺性膀胱炎的有效率,降低复发率,是一种治疗腺性膀胱炎的有效方法。

Curative Effect Observation on Combining Two Different Perfusion Treatments by Transurethral Holmium Laser for Cystitis Glandularis

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of two different instillation and transurethral holmium laser in the treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods 75 cases of glandular cystitis patients were all treated with transurethral holmium laser therapy,and were divided into two groups according to the way of perfusion,38 patients in group A were managed by pirarubicin 30 mg(24 hours)immediately after surgery,followed by continuous instillation once a week for 8 times;37 patients in group B were given perfusion after a week surgery,and followed by sequential instillation in the same way for 8 times.Results The two groups were followed up for 24 months,the effective rate in group A(92.11%)is higher than that in group B(72.97%),the recurrence rate in group A(7.89%)is lower than that in group B(27.03%),the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Immediately sequential bladder instillation after the surgery of cystitis glandularis by transurethral holmium laser can increase the effective rate of glandular cystitis and reduce the relapse rate,which is an effective treatment.
