新疆和田地区60岁以上维吾尔族老人血清微量元素水平调查

摘    要:目的了解新疆和田地区洛浦县、墨玉县、和田县60岁以上维吾尔族老人血清微量元素水平。方法采集和田地区423名维吾尔族老人外周血,以火焰原子吸收法检测血清铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)元素含量,并比较不同性别、不同地区和不同年龄组微量元素含量的差异。结果和田地区老人血清Zn、Fe含量高于成人血清微量元素正常参考值。和田地区3个县老人血清Fe、Cu含量存在地区差别(P<0.05),其中洛浦县老人血清Fe含量高于墨玉县(P<0.05);洛浦县、墨玉县老人血清Cu含量低于和田县(P<0.05);和田地区3个县老人血清Zn含量差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同性别老人血清Fe、Cu、Zn含量无明显差异(P>0.05)。和田地区不同年龄组老人血清Zn、Cu含量存在差别(P<0.05),其中60~69岁组血清Cu、Zn含量低于80~岁组(P<0.05),70~79岁组老人血清Zn含量低于80~89岁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄组老人血清Fe含量无明显差异。结论和田地区维吾尔族老人血清Fe、Zn微量元素含量水平较高,可能与该地区老人健康长寿有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the levels of serum iron,copper,zinc of elderly Uygur aged over 60,in Hetian district(include Lop County,Moyu County and Hetian County) in China.Methods Flame atomic absorption method was used to detect the level of 423 old man serum iron(Fe),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn) content,and compared among these elderly who were classified into different genders,different regions and different age groups.Results Serum Zn,Fe content were higher than the normal reference values of serum trace elements,and there is a difference of serum Fe and Cu among different counties(P<0.05),the elder who live in Lop County and Moyu country,their serum Fe and Cu content was higher than Hetian county(P<0.05),while Cu content below Hetian county(P<0.05);and the serum Zn content difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Different between gender differences in the level of serum trace elements was not significant(P>0.05).With cropland district in different age groups of elderly serum Zn,Cu content existed difference(P<0.05),the serum Cu,Zn content is lower in the age group of 60 to 70 years old compared with 80 to 90 years old group(P<0.05),serum Zn content was lower in the age group of 70 to 80 years old compared with 80 to 90 years old group(P<0.05);Different between contents of serum Fe in different age group is not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum Fe,Zn content is higher in Uygur old man in Hetian district,it may related with the longevity status of people lived there.
