| 摘 要： | 血脂代谢异常是致动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素,在胰岛素抵抗的环境下更增加了心脑血管疾病的发病率。血脂异常在代谢综合征中占有较高比例,众多代谢综合征诊断标准中均涉及此组分。现从血脂异常产生的脂毒性与代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗、糖毒性、动脉硬化等因素的相互影响以及在调脂为主的前提下对代谢综合征的整体治疗的研究等角度作一总结,为从单一组分入手研究代谢综合征提供了新的临床思路。

| Abstract: | Dyslipidemia is an independent risk factor that causes atherosclerosis,which can also increase cardiovascular morbidity in insulin resistance environment.Dyslipidemia has a high proportion in metabolic syndromes,the diagnostic criteria for which all include lipid composition.Here is to make a summary of interaction among lipotoxicity and insulin resistance,glucose toxicity,and atherosclerosis of metabolic syndrome,as well as the comprehensive treatment of dyslipidemia based the premise of lipid adjustment as the main approach,providing new clinical strategies for researching on metabolic syndrome from one component. |
