游离上臂外侧皮瓣在头颈部缺损中的应用进展

上臂外侧皮瓣(LAFF)属肌间隔筋膜穿支皮瓣,应用于手外科修复重建已十分成熟和广泛,近年来被尝试应用于头颈部缺损的修复重建。临床研究证明,该皮瓣与修复头颈部缺损的经典皮瓣——前臂皮瓣相比,具有皮瓣供区更隐蔽、不牺牲手臂的主供动脉以及皮瓣感觉功能更加良好等优点。LAFF可成为前臂皮瓣的理想补充和修复头颈部缺损的又一新选择。

Clinical Progress of Lateral Arm Free Flap for Repairing after Resecting the Head and Neck Carcinoma
