| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨以奥美拉唑、克拉霉素为基础的两种三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)相关消化性溃疡的效果。方法:将80例HP阳性消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素和甲硝唑,对照组用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素和阿莫西林,对两组治疗结果进行比较。结果:两组患者溃疡愈合总有效率均达到95.0%以上,HP完全根除率均达到85.0%,两组差异均没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑、克拉霉素和甲硝唑对HP相关消化性溃疡具有良好的疗效,适用于对青霉素过敏的患者,值得在临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of two kinds of omeprazole and clarithromycin-based triple therapy in treatment of helicobacter pylori(HP)associated peptic ulcer.Methods:80 patients with HP infected peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group used omeprazole,clarithromycin and metronidazole,control group used omeprazole,clarithromycin and amoxicillin,and the treatment results were compared.Results:The total effective rate of ulcer healing of two groups reached 95.0%,HP eradication rate reached 85.0%,the differences were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using omeprazole,clarithromycin and metronidazole in the treatment of HP-related peptic ulcer has a good effect,suitable for patients allergic to penicillin,and worth for clinical promotion. |
