| 摘 要： | 通过对制药工程专业大四学生学习状态的分析,结合制药工程学课程的特点和学生对就业指导的需求,研究制药工程学课堂教学的导课方法,提出"一课一厂"导课法.实践表明,"一课一厂"导课法的应用不但提高了学生课堂出勤率,保证了制药工程学课堂教学的质量,而且使学生加深了对药厂的认识,提高了学生的就业能力,有效地解决了大四年级课堂教学与就业的矛盾.

| Abstract: | The paper has analyzed current studying situation for the forth year of pharmaceutical engineenng majorstudents. It also combines pharmaceutical engineering character and student requirement for employment guidanceand discusses the leading in method for Pharmaceutical engineering classroom teaching ,further more puts forwardthe leading-in method one lesson for one factory practice. The practice has proved that the application of leading-inmethod increases the students attendance rate, assures the quality of pharmaceutical engineering classroom teaching,deepens the knowing to the pharmaceutical factory, improves the ability of employment. It also resulfful solves thecontradiction between the fourth years classroom teaching of students and employment. |
