同一类群体5年前后子宫颈涂片筛查结果的对比研究

目的 对比研究宫颈病变在同一类群体5年前后的发病率变化,指导和落实宫颈病变的筛查.方法 应用液基薄层细胞涂片技术,对兰州市某大型商场30～51岁妇女712例行子宫颈涂片检查,对ASC以上病例行HPV检测,对SIL以上的病例作阴道镜下活检术后行病理检查.并将本次调查结果 与2005年时的调查结果 进行对比分析.结果 本次调查的712例中,正常619例,异常93例,宫颈异常总发病率为13.06%,其中ASC以上发病率为4.78%(34/712),SIL以上发病率为2.67%(19/712).结论 本次宫颈异常总发病率、ASC以上发病率和SIL以上发病率较之5年前均有所升高.应继续坚持筛查制度,提高预防宫颈癌及癌前病变发生的监控水平.

Comparison of screening for cervical smear from the same group of women between 2010 and 2005

Objective To make comparison of incidence changes of cervical lesion in the same group of women between the year of 2010 and 2005,and to guide and carry out the screening for cervical lesion.Methods Liquid based thin-wall cell smear technique was used to examine the cervical smears of 712 women（30 to 51 years old）from a large shopping mall in Lanzhou in 2010.The subjects above the ASC level received the human papilloma virus testing,and those above the SIL level received the pathological examination after the colposcopic biopsy.The screening results in 2010 were compared with those in 2005.Results Among the 712 subjects,619 ones were normal,and 93 ones were abnormal.The overall incidence of cervical abnormalities was 13.06%,in which the incidence of patients above the ASC level was 4.78%（34/712）and that above the SIL level was 2.67%（19/712）.Conclusion Compared with the conditions in 2005,the overall incidence of cervical abnormalities,the incidence of patients above the ASC level and above the SIL level all increases.Screening system should be maintained,and the supervision level of prevention of cervical cancer and precancerous lesion should be enhanced.
