36例变异性心绞痛动态心电图监测分析

目的:探讨动态心电图监测在变异性心绞痛诊断中的价值。方法:对36例确诊为变异性心绞痛患者的动态心电图及相关临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:31例(86.1%)ST段抬高明显,持续时间超过1min者25例(69.4%)。26例(72.2%)T波高耸,22例(61.1%)有室性早搏。常规心电图显示基本正常,两组心电图对照,全部指标均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。30例(83.3%)冠状动脉造影显示狭窄。结论:变异性心绞痛好发于睡眠和休息的时候,24h动态心电图能有效记录典型的ST段抬高、T波高耸等呈一过性的改变,对诊断变异性心绞痛有重要的意义。

Holter ECG Monitoring and Analysis of 36 Cases of Variant Angina

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Holter ECG monitoring in the diagnosis of variant angina.Methods:Holter ECG monitoring and clinical data 36 cases of variant angina were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 31 cases(86.1%)of ST-segment elevation with 25 cases(69.4%)of over 1min duration;and there were 26 cases(72.2%) of T-wave high-rise,22 cases(61.1%) of premature ventricular contractions.Normal ECG displayed normal.Compared the ECG and Holter ECG,all indicators were significant differences(P<0.05).It was found that there were 30 cases(83.3%) of stenosis in coronary angiography.Conclusion:Variant angina often occured in sleep and rest time,24h Holter ECG monitoring could effectively record the typical ST-segment elevation,T wave high-rise and other transient changes,it had an important significance the diagnosis of variant angina.
